Inspired by the leadership of leaders such as Dale Carnegie and Anthony Robbins, our Teambuilding Boot Camp is the most innovative teambuilding program in SouthEastern Europe.

Set in one of the most beautiful natural setting in Romania, close to town but protected from city noise, our training location has been described as an oasis of natural delight. However there is more to the story: lurking in the forest that borders the property there is a count.  There is nothing delightful about him. 
Can your team overcome the Count and protect our camp?   Yes, they can -- if they are up to it.  Whether your team is already strong or in soar need of boot camp, there skills will be put to the test and pushed to the maximum in our series of Count's Challenges.

A re-affirming awards ceremony follows a successful boot camp and solidifies the successes of your team in an unforgettable way, ensuring they bring those perfected skills back to your office on Monday.

We also offer a program modeled on The Apprentice where your team spends one weekend at Count's Challenge implementing a new attraction point for tourists.  Excellent for companies focused on sales.
