The forested area between Bran ''Dracula's'' Castle and Count's Challenge Action Park is infamous for reported vampire and other paranormal activity.

 

Legend has it that the vampire cohorts of Dracula were expelled from the Castle in the Middle Ages and have since made their home in the grounds beneath the primordial forest that was in fact planted by the earliest vampires to have existed.

Vampire Hunter's Weekend starts Saturday at Count's Challenge for a daytime vampire hunting training session and hearty meal to get ready for the night's adventure.

Saturday night, the expedition into the haunted woods of Transylvania begins as a seasoned vampire hunter takes the expedition in search of real Transylvanian vampires in their  native habitat.

 

With your newfound skills you will know how to keep the dangerous blood-sucking vampires at safe distance as you help complete valuable research into the habits of vampires in modern for the Vampire Hunter's League which is responsible for preventing the vampires from going past the parimeters of their forest.

 

Return for a late-night camp fire and  meal and hear real stories of encouters with vampire and other strigoi , as the locals refer to them.

 

Your accomodation will be in a medieval tent bungalow, the traditional accomodation of Vampire Hunters all the way back to the knights that founded both the Castle and the Order.
